By accessing or using Lucid Sight (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Lucid Sight is an educational quiz app that tests and improves your ability to distinguish real photographs from AI-generated imagery. The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, resell, or redistribute quiz content without permission; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
Free accounts are limited to a set number of quizzes per day. Paid subscriptions unlock additional usage. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's policies.
The Service, including its design, quiz content, and features, is owned by Lucid Sight and protected by intellectual property laws. Quiz images remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for educational purposes only.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free of errors. Content in the Service is for educational purposes and should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment of whether any image is real or AI-generated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Sight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time, and material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
